Do you service shutters and doors from other brands?

Yes. We service all major brands of roll-up shutters, rolling steel doors, and security grilles — not only systems we installed. Bring us any brand and we'll assess the issue, confirm what parts are needed, and complete the repair. Common OEM replacement parts are stocked in our vehicles.

How quickly can you respond to a repair call?

For standard repairs, we typically schedule within 2 to 3 business days. For urgent situations — a stuck shutter blocking a storefront entrance, a locked door that won't release, or a system failure leaving a property unsecured — we offer same-day or next-day emergency service across the GTA.

My motor stopped working — is it fixable or does it need replacing?

In many cases, the motor itself is fine and the issue is the limit switch, capacitor, or control board — components we can diagnose and replace on-site. Full motor replacement is needed when the motor has seized or burned out. We'll diagnose on the first visit and confirm the repair scope before proceeding.

How do I know if a shutter needs repair versus full replacement?

Repair is generally appropriate when the issue is mechanical — a motor, a slat, a guide rail, a seal. Full replacement makes more sense when the curtain has sustained significant structural damage, when the system is old and parts are becoming unavailable, or when a security upgrade is warranted. We'll give you an honest assessment and a quote for both options if it's a close call.

What warranty do you provide on repair work?

We provide a 1-year warranty on all parts supplied and labour performed during a repair. If a replaced component fails within the warranty period, we return and fix it at no additional charge. Our 5-year warranty applies to all new installation work.
